We provide a wide range of expert led audiology services, right here in our beautiful Nottingham clinic. We allocate plenty of time for all our appointments, and you won't be waiting months to see us. We have excellent links with local private ENT and dermatology consultants as well as Nottingham Audiology Services (NHS Ropewalk House) should onward referral be appropriate. £59 (one ear) or £79 (both ears) | 30 mins
Video otoscopy followed by expert ear wax removal using NICE recommended microsuction, under our powerful HD ENT microscope. This provides unrivalled visualisation, magnification and depth perception of your ears. For most people, this method doesn't usually require pre-oil drops. No ear wax found? You pay £30 for the consultation. Age 5 and up.

Video otoscopy followed by middle ear pressure testing (tympanometry) and a diagnostic hearing test (pure tone audiometry) performed in a sound treated booth. A report of findings will be provided along with any clinical recommendations. Adults only.​

Designed for individuals experiencing hearing difficulties who may be interested in exploring modern hearing aid technology. This unhurried, 75-minute session provides an in-depth clinical evaluation of your hearing health, followed by a dedicated consultation to discuss personalized hearing solutions. This appointment includes complimentary wax removal as required.

Available to patients deemed clinically suitable following our hearing aid assessment or tinnitus assessment appointments. This is your no obligation chance to try before you buy; a two week at home trial, testing them out in your world. Adults only.

A tinnitus-centred appointment. As well as a full hearing assessment, we also evaluate and discuss the cognitive, sensory and emotional elements of your tinnitus. A report of findings and clinical recommendations will be provided and discussed. You will be asked to fill out some questionnaires about your tinnitus. Adults only.
£250 | 12 week program, 12 month license
Available to patients deemed clinically suitable following a tinnitus assessment. These sessions aim to equip you with the cognitive tools and mindset needed to manage and habituate to your tinnitus. You will be given 12 months access to the online CBT platform "Oto". Adults only.
From £150 - £250 | 45 minutes
Custom made (filtered and non-filtered) ear protection for a wide variety of purposes. We discuss and advise before taking the ear impressions. Please allow 3 weeks for production. Your ears need to be free from ear wax and healthy for the impression taking procedure. Adults only. ​​

Included in all our hearing assessments
Tympanometry: this is an objective evaluation of middle ear function. The test gathers information relating to ear drum compliance, middle ear pressure and eustachian tube function. This test is useful if middle ear problems are suspected e.g. glue ear / eustachian tube dysfunction. Adults only.​

Nottingham's official tinnitus support group, in association with Tinnitus UK. A supportive and friendly environment where you can meet others living with tinnitus and share your experiences. Monthly meetings consist of either face to face group support or an academic talk on tinnitus. Places limited.
